Ric Have you bought a new air or oil filter for your new turfmaster yet? I ordered one just to have a spare for the new exmark 30. they dont stock them yet around here.

No I haven't but I'll try tomorrow, I'm also wondering about blades. I'll let you know tomorrow how I make out and the cost. I'm guessing they will all have to be OEM supply's.

Ok we called the shop and they had to order the blades, the Turfmaster comes with the Gator blades cost is $18.99/$37.98 for the set and he has the oil filters in stock 10.99 each so I don't guess the prices are to bad. I didn't ask about the air filter but my guess would be around $20.

I run non oe filters for the past 7 years on mine, and they are still doing fine but I second that on the Kohler the bypass has to be dead on the psi with the Kohlers.

I run NAPA and Purolator on my engines both kawi and kohler for the past 28 years no issues just clean oil.

Ahh,,you would be surprised at the quality of some OEM filters,,I heard FRAM makes alot of them and FRAM stinks really bad..WIX makes a great filter!!
You can run OEM but Ill run the better filter thx.
