Oil coming out Breather on 80-130 Snow King Engine

Noticed Black Soot on Ariens 924-124 Snowblower. I think I used 5-30 weight oil. Thought I had gas leak, but soot smelled like oil.


I noticed breather tube after I took Carb cover off. Any ideas ? Manual says OH318SA 9hp Tecumseh. Machine is running Good.
 
Usually oil out the breather is oil too full, or a blown head gasket.

someone more experienced should chime in later.
 
Mark, thank you for providing the Engine Manuals. Great Info. I ran Blower this week, I didn't see any new oil

below breather tube. But I didn't look at wire connector near Carb which was oily before. Will take a better look.
