OHV Engine fuel leak

Hello everyone,

I sarted using a (probally) older lawn mower, which has an OHV engine, not sure who made it, because there are no stickers on it. Anyways, by looking at my Gutbrod lawnmower, it says, to clean it, it has to be placed on it's right side, where you spill the oil in. I tried it on the OHV one, and, the only problem is, when I get it on (most likely) 45°, fuel starts to leak from the carburetor, or on the end of it. So, it's very hard to clean it. Anyways, even if I close the fuel, it still does leak. So, am I placing it on the wrong side, or is it a bad gasket? Thanks in advance!

Here are some photos of the engine and the carburetor.

Your picture are coming up invalid attachment when I try to open them. Some carbs are prone to leaking if tilted very far from there normal orientation. But if you can get the pictures to work that would help me or somebody else that may attempt to assist you.

Just remember carb goes up in the air never down when tilting.

I'm really sorry for that. Here are links:

Alright, I just thought that it's right to put every mower to the right side. Seems to be wrong. I just hope it's not anything serious.

Didn't know, used to do that on my Gutbrods, but saw then it says it goes on the side, not up in the air.
So I did it with the OHV

The engine is a Honda knock off.
If you want to clean the grass off from under the mower, tip it backwards towards the handlears.
That is the way I tip all mowers.
If the fuel tank is full then put some kitchen plastic over the opening then put the cap back on.
Most mowers will stand up all by themselves once you fold the handles down which makes working under them a lot easier.
Remember to always disconnect the spark plug wire and for me I always remove the spark plug cause some times , just a pressure release can flick the blades back fast enough to cut your fingers.
