Nxt blew fuse now won't start

I recently purchased a snapper NXT My husband plugged an inverter into the cigarette lighter area instantly blue the fuse. Replace the fuse everything lights up like it has power but won't start only way to turn power off is to remove the fuse. What happened and what do I need to do to get my lawn mower running

Inverter into a cigarette lighter, on that tractor? Love to ask why but......

Guessing from a far, some ignition wire got shorted from all the current draw of the inverter. Feeds 12volts keeping the ignition on??? You need to get an electrical schematic and trace it out.
