i bought a used bolens lawn mower today with a briggs & stratton engine.. the engine model number is 128M02-0952-F1.. it also has april 2012 stamped on it.... it is in good shape.. it started up on the second pull and i bought it.. i can't find anything online about the motor except for parts... there is no primer bulb or throttle on it ... does anyone know why this is and can anyone tell me what cc engine this is.. thanks

It probably doesn't have a primer because it has an Autochoke that works off of heat from the muffler. Cold, choke closed, Hot, choke opens.
And probably no throttle control as most are fixed speed (usually depends on the Mower manufacturer) but you can usually adjust the rpm by bending the tab on the front of the engine that the governor spring is hooked to.
And i believe those engines are around 190cc 5hp or so.
You should know the first 2 numbers are the cubic capacity in inches roughly
so the 90000 series are actually 09 Cu in
10 are 10 Cu in
11's are 11 Cu in
12 are 12 cu in
40 are 40 cu in etc etc etc
