i may have tried to engage the PTO while over a tree root. bad noise; threw the belt. replaced the belt. now PTO will not engage. Any ideas on next step to diagnose problem? The rest of the mower runs great! Thank you.
Troy-Bilt Mustang 42"; Model #17ARCACS011. Kohler KT725. Date of Manufacture 11/2016. I didn't notice that besides slipping off the PTO pulley the belt had slipped off the tensioner. got it back on and it is now running properly. Thanks!!
