You don't give us a lot of info to base an answer on. So I will need to have some questions answered before trying to help. 1. Need complete model and spec numbers. 2. How are you trying to measure oil pressure? 2. Is this on a tractor will a gauge? 3. If so, tractor model and serial numbers. 4. What have do done so far to solve the problem? 5. When you say "NO POWER" what do you mean? 6. Does the engine lose power or what is being driving by the PTO? 7. How often do you change the oil and filter and what viscosity oil do you use?
