IS3000Z-- will run on left tank reserve but, not on left tank or right tank. Can blow back thru the gas line when fuel selector lever is on left or right tank with no resistance but, when blowing back thru with selector on left tank reserve, it blows bubbles as it should in the left tank. The tanks are both about 1/2 full. Why??????
I guess I didn't explain well enough. There is a location on the fuel tank selector lever that is "left tank reserve". The machine runs fine on that location only. The "left tank" and "right tank" positions do not let the engine run. Separating the fuel line at the filter and blowing back to the tanks, with the selector on "left tank" or "right tank", there is no resistance.( no bubbling in either tank) It's, as if, the fuel line isn't connected to the tanks. Could it be a faulty selector valve or magically, both fuel lines to the tanks fell off or ruptured at the same time.
