New Walker C23i Mower Battery will not stay Charged

Just bought a new C23i 2025 walker mower. I have used it three times and it only has 6 hours on it. Every time I use it , after about an hour of use, the battery goes completely dead. I have to recharge the battery to start it again. Before I trailer it back to the dealer, I would like to know why the mower is not maintaining the battery. ??? Thanks

Agree with Star. Warranty the sucker.

Or pull the battery and test at an auto parts store for free. Maybe just a bad one. These mowers can sit for months on end with no charger till they sell.
