New to the forum and need advice

Hello, does anyone have experience with the little dozer blade on a 725DT or 900D? I have a small farm and about eight acres of grass to mow along with three acres of horse pasture I need to keep the electric fence clean. I have a 2010 226V which has been great but I need to upgrade. I'm looking at a 725DT or 900D 61"deck and possibly a little dozer blade to help clean out the goat barn as well as an Area-vator to help over seed the horse and goats pastures. Any advice? I have larger tractors to keep up with the rest of the work but to large to use inside the barn. I'm attempting to get as much value out of a front mout Grasshopper as I can.
