New to 2027 Bad Boy machines

The fit of the bearing in it's housing is of no consequence ... either way, the grease will pass right through the bearing and do no harm.

Agree. I have never taken a spindle apart to remove the seals in new bearings. I have never had a new spindle fail due to lack of grease in the bearings.. I have had more than one spindle fail due to being overpressurized due to the grease being pumped into the spindle causing side loading resulting in binding of the bearing.
Of all the hundreds of spindles I have greased, I have never had a customer come back and said the spindle failed because I just greased it. One of the reasons that many of the newer mowers have sealed bearings with no grease zerks, is because people were simply not greasing them. Too little grease, too much grease, not greasing often enough are all problems for longevity in spindles, etc.
I love greasing equipment and find it very satisfying.

I have had probably 2 dozen that have failed within 30 minutes of greasing, and 6 of those never made it out fo the shop. They failed on initial test run with new bearings or new spindles installed. Inner seal will be dome bend into the bearing on the bearing that didn't fail, and the failed bearing will have the both seals loose or popped out with the center pushed toward the bearing race.

C'mon ... with the inner seal under compression ... how it the world could it possibly "POPPED OUT" ??? The seals mount in a groove on both races ... how could the seal be "PUSHED TOWARD" the race if that is it's mounting point ???
I think I am done with this nonsense ... it's getting pretty thick in here.

Its not nonsense....

Yes the 2RS inner seal can be crush under pressure because they just seal tighter until they give way. It just a piece thin sheet metal with a rubber coating. They are meant to keep things out not in. I even had the outer seal to be pushed out at times. Now the ZZ bearings can easier to be greased with both seals in place as they don't seal as tight.

You can spin this any way you like ... BUT ... it is still B.S. I just took a random bearing out and did some measuring. With the rubber seal in place, it sits LESS than 0.002" off of the cage that holds the balls. Are you actually claiming that the movement of the seal 0.002" inward .. then contacting the cage .. NOT the balls will cause bearing failure ??? If the inner seal will move that easily, the outer seal will do likewise but in the opposite direction, and the excess grease will simply escape past it.
Pure NONSENSE !!!

Then those bearing from the 3rd Rock from Sun must be different. Just because you have never seen it doesn't mean that others haven't.

A lot people believes God exists on pure faith and doesn't means he exists or not.

Otherwords just because t\you have never seen it doesn't mean the others haven't. Personally I have seen it happen.

Still calling B.S. until/unless I see it.
