Greetings,

I have 5-6 acres to mow in SW Georgia. Relatively flat with a few trees/bushes. Want to buy a new Tiger Cat 2 in the spring. Your thoughts on deck width -52" vs 61" and also the Kawasaki vs Kohler engine. I am leaning towards the Kohler, only because I have had a 15 HP Kohler on my Deere mower, it's 17 years old and never had a bit of a problem with it. Thanks in advance for your insights.
 
I have the Tiger Cat II 61 inch with the Kawasaki, great engine, great mower.

The Kohler quality of today is not the same as it was years ago,
 
Additionally, Kawasaki engines tend to have a higher torque rating for a given HP rating, and it's torque that gets the job done.
