New rings orientation?

Tecumseh LEV 115 mower engine.
Replacement rings didn't come with a diagram depicting ring orientation.
From what I've found online, the number #2 ring should go like so:

And ring #1 I'm not so sure about.
All the pictures I find show the bevel on the top outside.
Unfortunately my ring has the bevel on the inside like so:

Looking at this video, it seems if the #1 ring should be bevel up?

Should be as you picture. The bevel on the top ring uses compression pressure to aid sealing. The undercut on the second ring helps clean the oil a bit better, generally called the scraper ring. And all ring gaps should be staggered, not in line. Usually the oil ring gaps should be toward the top of the motor if a vertical shaft engine.

Rings are always marked on the top or head side
Some of the marks are very hard to see.
Cheap Chinese rings of dubious quality do not have any markings on them.
