Hello all - am eager to gain a lot more knowledge!
I have had a John Deere 180 for nearly 25 years - it's still doing well but seems to have electrical problems - charge light is on even with a new battery and when engaging the blade the engine coughs and nearly dies out - frustrating when I am all ready to do the yard.
I have an early model DR walk behind 24" field and brush mower - over 20 years and still whacking down the weeds.
The "kub" part of my username is for my Kubota B3030 tractor - it operates a 60" rotary field cutter, belly mower and DR chipper, and has a front end loader.
I also have a Ferguson TO-30 tractor, the pre-Kubota workhorse.
I am mowing about 7 acres at my home in Maryland.
