Hey everybody. Lotta great info here! I'm recently retired from USACE after 34 years and raise black angus with my father on 400 acres. I love working on machinery and old mowers. Have a good MIG welder I love to use. Haven't gone to the zero turn yet cause I keep all the old stuff goin. Recently got my old 92 Craftsman 42" with Kohler back from my x-wife. The kids trashed it (someone stole the starter) but I plan on reviving it. It was my first riding mower. They all made fun of me cause I waxed it and kept it covered.
I thought it's about time to join and participate. Thanks for the chance to share and learn! Appreciate it!

Thanks so much I appreciate the warm welcome from both of you.

Tennessee is beautiful country and it's where my family originate. Hawkins County.

I have a daughter in Oklahoma. She works with her boyfriend installing gas pipe line. Their house in in Henryetta, his parents live in Waleetka but they move around a lot.
She misses KY. Nice weather her in KY today (65) makes me think about mowin grass! Have a great weekend!
