Hey everyone, I am new Landscaper from the Metro Atlanta area. I mainly user Gravely walk behinds (1) 21" commercial and (2) 34" which I purchased from a friend who was getting out of the business. I joined this forum to get some advice on what I could do to grow my business and take over the world (Pinky). :laughing:
I'm also looking to more advise on should I stick with these older Gravely units or should I move to Toro or Exmark? I'm not to particularly fond of the 2 - 34" walk behind cuts and I'm not certain of should I upgrade to the new ones or use a different brand.
I will appreciate any and all advise.

What do you not like about the two 34s ?
The best way to get more clients is word of mouth. Do a good job at a good price and they will come
Scalping is the most prevalent issue. I'm also not happy with the cut in general. I replaced the blades and had everything services for roughly $1500 prior to using them. So, I know they are at their best performance (capabilities), but I still find myself going over the cuts multiple times to get the grass cut evenly. Not sure if it is the mower or operator.
