Recently got a 912 Hydro Allis Chalmers in the garage to add to my fleet of old stuff. My oldest is a 51' Willys M-38 Jeep, next newest old stuff is a 61' IH Scout 80.

Just trying to figure out the deck installation to start with.

I found the lifting cable had fouled with the sheave. Deck goes up & down now. Next will be the belt.
