New carburetor leaks

I'm new with maintaining lawnmowers. I replaced my old carburetor on my TB200 with a kit I found on Amazon. I partially put the mower back together to check for leaks before I put air filter back in. New carburetor leaks from the bottom of the 2 holes where air filter goes in. Is it issue with carburetor or installation? Do I need to take carburetor apart and check?
I will clean the old carburetor as well.
 
Contact the vendor and either get another one or refund as you should not mess with new carb while it is under warranty.
