Need to repair/replace seized B&S Model # 135212 from chipper

I have a Simplicity 5/14 chipper with a Briggs & Stratton Model # 135212, Type # 0196-01 engine. It is seized up. Options...repair or replace.
Repair... is there a repair manual available on line?
Replace...is a chipper engine any different than any other engine? I am wondering about the case and crank being of a special design in order to attach to the chipper assembly. Another way of asking this is, do need a chipper engine or just another 5hp B&S engine?

Briggs indicates that the replacement engine is the 12S402-0060-F8.

But tear down the current engine and see what damage is as it might just need another connecting rod and a few other parts.
