Have contacted them and over a dozen others.
Part not available and no longer made.
Several places show them as in stock until you actually place order and pay and then they come back as not available and no longer made.
Still need this part.

Yes Briggs appeared to stop making them last month according the last price file update. The new Briggs appears to be NLA a lot parts now that are slow movers. I couldn't get a carburetor kit last Summer for a generator. Ended up having to piece together a kit from individual parts.
What worst is I am seeing this a lot lately with many OEM sources, not just Briggs parts. I have been awaiting Stihl parts that were ordered back the first week of November.
Things the last few years have been a mess from Covid to warring countries and it appears to be only getting worst.

I have been trying for this part for over a year and a half.
If No ( is all you need then a heavy shelf bracket a grade 9 allen bolt or button headed alan bolt and a hammer and you are done.
You are not going to void warranty by fabricating a replacement part

This is what the OP is looking for.
The following is an image an used that is already sold.
Fairly easy to make for someone with good fabrication skills.
Have you tried PartsTree, they show one in stock? Simplicity made a lot of equipment for different brands. Check with a good lawn equip. dealer. Always works for me when I need a discontuned part for my old
Deutz-Allis mower.
