Need help!

Hello guys! So, I got this from one of my friends and I can't figure it out what brand would it be. It has been stopped for a long time and the engine does not run, needing to change. Is there a way to see maybe some serial number, somewhere? Because the sticker is completely old and ripped. I got maybe the first and last letter, K and R, but still I didn't manage to find nothing. Thanks in advance and sorry for my bad english.

That what we call in this area as a “buck two eighty mower” which probably sold for around $129.99 new. Really no parts that can be repaired On the deck and handle. The engine is Tecumseh, my guessing an LEV195. On the side of the shroud opposite the carb, under the plastic cover, there should be a decal with all engine numbers.
