Need Help with replacing drive belt!

The drive belt went on my Cub Cadet Gt1554 mower and i tried to take the bolt off the shaft with an impact wrench but it wont loosen, can anyone please help with a way to replace the belt that does'nt require me paying some one.... Thank You to anyone who has advice!
