Hello; I need some help please, I have removed a leaking rear lift cylinder on my Ford LGT 145 and had it repaired now; I have air in my system does anyone know how I purge the hydraulic system to get all the air out? I don't want to put the repaired cylinder back on the tractor and still have air in the system. :confused2:

Thanks!
William

You should be able to get it cleared by jacking up the rear wheels and operating it both forward and reverse with no load on the driven wheels... :smile:KennyV

Just a thought but if you "don't want to put the repaired cylinder back on the tractor and still have air in the system" when you do you are going to have back in it, better if you fit it back on and then remove the air surely..!
