need help pricing snapper commercial 36" mower

I am trying to come up with a price for this thing. I have looked on the internet and found so many different prices. Its a commercial snapper walk behind with the sulky. Its hydraulic and resedentially owned. Everything works perfect on it. I don't know the age. What do you think its value is?

It really depends on what motor is on the machine and how old the mower is and it's condition. The new Snapper Pros I believe have a 15hp and cost like $4295.00 give or take SW20 Features - SnapperPro depending on the dealer.
The problem is even with a sulky it's still a walk behind and they're tons listed on craiglist from $695 to $2000. I just sold my WB a 2009 with 13hp kawasaki and had less than 50hrs on the motor for $1200.
