Yes you can but it just makes a pain for the next guy that has to remove the engine for repairs. or if you have to do the same.

Ok so what I’m asking if for a actual picture of the harness so I no what wire goes to which wire

I can take a photo of mine tomorrow. It usually Has the same color wires.
