Not a conventional mower....but it does cut the grass

This thing comes out everyday and trims the grass around it's borough.
Anyway...the thread got slow needed a bump so here's my contribution. I took this picture this afternoon......it cuts grass. What is it's name?

I thought you were getting at snapping turtle....because:
Oregon only has 2 species of turtles and no tortoises that I'm aware of.
I've spent a considerable amount of time in Oregon. Been to the Willamette valley many times. I've never seen a tortoise there. I do know where a threatened or endangered species of turtle thrives south of Mcminnville.
By the way, this is a Gopher tortoise Gopherus polyphemus. Native only to the southeast, this, like most native species is threatened. I am fortunate to have one chose to live on my property.
This one is peculiar in that it becomes aggressive if you get between it and it's home (perhaps it's a she and she has eggs buried). It has no defense other than it;s hard shell but it will hiss at you in an feeble attempt to intimidate. It likes to go out in the morning and graze on the grass, quickly moving it's head left and right snatching one blade of grass after another. It really likes broccoli leaves from the plants currently in the vegetable garden. I pick them and lay them by the borough. Seems like it might provide valuable nutrition and water at the same time.
