It is huge and has plenty of tomatoes on it, I am just waiting for them to ripen. I am very impressed with it that's for sure.

I've seen those in town,they do look neat.I just gave my sis and daughter two big bags of tomatoes today.I was watching a cooking show today and saw the guy making tomatoe fritters so I said to myself I can do that.well I got 3 in the skillett and tried a sample and they taste great. russ

We tried one of those last year, and didn't have any luck at all. I'm happy to hear it is working out for you.
What type of soil did you use for yours? Does the water drip all over the plant when you water it?

I used compost and manure in mine, I have one too, it is also doing well. I just have a single plant in mine, I have seen them with multiple plants.

Mine has multiple plants, I planted parsley at the top which has since gone to seed and I have cut back. I put sheep manure in it and some potting soil. A bit runs out, not sure how to prevent that, suggestions?

I am glad it is working for you! I haven't heard many good things about them. Everyone I know said I would be better of putting it in a plastic grocery bag!

That would be great as I have no idea what you are talking about but I do love some good tomatoes when I can snag them from my aunt's place. Sounds like whatever you are doing, you are doing it right.

This is mine, it has quite a few tomatoes on it already, they just need to ripen up and then we are good to go for tomatoes. I am impressed with how well it is growing.

This is what mine looks like, it has one tomato on it so I am happy with the start it has given me. What do you think?

I think I see a few more starts beginning and you are soon going to have a lot of tomatoes...

I also think you have the same plant and planter as monica123....:thumbsup:

They look different to me, same color, that's about it. The smaller pix one has huge plants and a lot more holes to add plants, I don't see that on the second one unless I missed it all together. Where does one buy those? Is it too late to start one now?
