I also think music adds something to lawn and general gardening work. I have been relying on a small portable radio so far, but I may look at a headset for the ride-on.

I generally am inside a cab on my tractor or mower... But when I use headsets I use a pair of Sony noise cancellation with mp3 in,
My sister got a set of peltor mp3 worktunes, like these :
Peltor Worktunes AM/FM/MP3 Digital Stereo Headphones - eBay (item 270610391989 end time Dec-17-10 06:03:28 PST)
I tried them out and they work so much better than the Sony electronic noise cancellation, the next set I get WILL be Peltor.
With AM/FM you can find what you want OR you can plug a MP3 into it and listen to anything, even music on your phone... KennyV

Kenny I have to admit I don't know an M-this or a I-that really that well yet, I'm still trying to figure out this computer I have. I'm a little behind in the electronic dept., Thanks for the lead on the Worktunes I will check these out........cubby

I know it is a great idea to do that but one thing is for sure; I would easily loose concentration and perhaps find myself in a place I never intended to be in.

Rock music does it for me though.

Classic Rock. I take them off occasionally though just to be one with nature. Sometimes I feel like I'm too spaced out after having them on long enough.
