my kids put the murray lawn tracktor away this past fall said it was ok . i tryed to start it no start noticed engine rotates but piston dosent so i am going to do remove the engine replace piston rings and rod . i noticed the spark plug black thinkning its buring oil is ths a carb issue or a valve issue
