Changed drive belt. Now when I push in on clutch pedal,machine takes off in whatever gear I am in. Tried to adjust clutch by book. Won't stop unless I put mower in neutral and let it coast to a stop.Help!
Belt is routed backwards around the clutch pulleys.
The belt should go slack when you depress the clutch/brake pedal
or
The belt is way too short.
or
Tension spring is pulling backwards
Belt is same size as old one.
Belt is on pulleys as per manual.
Put in gear mower stands still. Push on brake/clutch pedal starts moving forward!
Something is bass akwards,besides my brail!!LOL!
