Yes the Briggs 2027 is what the 495100MA supersedes to. Actually 495100 supersedes to 495100MA, then 4951003MA and then finally to 2027. Note the 95100E701Ma is the part number for a single blade.

Once again I ask the question.
If the blade breaaks or bends and damages your mower, you, another family member or some one elses property who do you sue ?

First the 495100 which Briggs now handles Murray so they MA to end to designate the part as a Murray part.

Bert, Those blades the OP linked are OEM blades and not aftermarket. I just check my internal SKU inventory and my distributor. They listed at 17.90 for the pair. And the single blade (95100E701MA) is listed at $13.70.

Are these blades no good? My 10 year old blades are tore in half on ends still functional just leave the lawn crooked. Cut maybe 1acre regular lawn monthly. Positive replacements for 495100? Im planning to order a set for me this week as I have a 10$ Amazon gift card and a 5$ off Amazon promo code but has to be sold shipped by Amazon why I'm looking into this specific set. Any idea of blade 2027 thickness? Amazon didn't know I asked there chat person only had what information listed. Thanks ahead of time

Having worked in warehousing & distribution where our customers wrote all sorts of BS about the products we dispatched I have an inherit distrust for anything sold via anonymous sources like ebay or amazon.
Nothing odd to have the same parts sent out with better than dozen different invoice letterheads and some times listed as original factory parts and other times pattern part for 1/2 the price.
Web pages that link back to the original factory web page so it looks like you are buying from the original maker but you are actually buying from a computer in some ones garage.
