MTD Yard Machine questions

I have an old Lowes MTD 14HP , i may be on the wrong forum all together, but i wanna remove the deck and the drive pullies

i want to make it a racing mower! vroom vroom :licking:

Does anybody know where a rebuild kit can be purchased. I’ve tried the usual suspects, eBay and Amazon. Yet no luck. Perhaps there is another model machine that is compatible with mine. 13A6673G118 is the model number of mine. It’s an MTD Yard Machine. It’s the fastest traveling mower I’ve ever ridden. The engine runs nice. There’s some electrical issues. Drains the battery often after sitting. But the deck needs to be rebuilt. Which leads me to my problems. Finding replacement parts for my machine. If anyone can point me in the right direction, I’d sure appreciate it.

I was mowing the lawn yesterday, disengaged PTO Blades when going on dirt driveway

when I got back onto lawn and went to engage blades again nothing.

I noticed when I attempt to engage blades, the pulleys to tighten, but also noticed that deck doesn't go down.

Going back out in a few to look at it again.

Any ideas?
