MTD rh 125 92 b

Hi Just bought a used mtdrh 125 92 b and it now won't start just aloud click, I'm guessing the starter motor but not sure. Any tips guys? Also anyone know the easiest way to locate it on this model?

Take the spark plug out and try again.
If the motor spins you have a mechanical problem like incorrect valve lash
