MTD Belt help

Hi all,

I'm trying to find the correct belt for my MTD mower but it seems I'm having problems getting the correct part. I need the belt that sends power to the deck but I'm not seeing it on any of the parts websites. The model is 13bk608g062. I have replaced the upper & lower drive belts and the belt that connects both blade pulleys is fine. I've been to 2 mower repair stores and they keep trying to give me the lower drive belt (#954-0467A) which is longer & thicker than the belt that I need. The old belt measures about 28" stretched end to end but it is stretched out too much and slips when in tough grass.

Has anyone ever come across this belt?

EDIT: I think I may have found it. Would this be the PTO belt MTD 954-0497 ?

I think I may have been confusing the parts guys by asking for the "deck drive belt"

If you are talking about the PTO belt, which is the one that goes from the engine to the deck, there are 4 different options for your serial number.

There are two different deck set ups.
One drives the blades directly and the other drives a double pulley with another belt to go to the blades.

It's the manual 42" deck. I'll be sure to clarify tomorrow at the parts store.
