Hi! I'm hoping to hear from folks who maintain MTD equipment. (Cub Cadet, Troy-Bilt, Columbia, Yard Machines, Remington Power Tools, Arnold, Bolens, Wolf Garden)
I've owned a Robomow for a little more than 2 years, and their support and parts service has been really fantastic.
Last year MTD purchased Robomow, and started changing all of Robomow's support and service stuff to integrate it into their own operations.
Now I'm noticing a lot of parts out of stock with no ETA. Not even a message saying "pardon our dust while we transition" etc. Is this typical for MTD? I've never owned anything from their other brands, and I'm wondering if it is time to jump ship.
