Mowing slopes

Hi all, I just purchased my first walker mower. I have had 2 dioxins, and a cub caber, but wNted a truly professional mower. I am a private owner, and have a property with a lot of slopes to mow. I have mowed once, and find that I am having huge problems mowing my slopes and side hills. My question is, how do I control the walker on the slopes and steep grades?

How does your manual tell you to mow slopes? The the correct way to mow slopes is to start at the bottom of the slope and always mow across the slope turning up the slope at the end of every pass.

I agree here its best for your safety and machine mechanics. You can do a very slight angle to change lines and avoid ruts
