I have a John Deere 135 mower that won’t turn over. I replaced the starter and ignition switch and blown fuse and I sprayed carburetor cleaner through the fuel port into the carburetor. I was able to start the mower once with the trickle charger connected to the battery and set in the 50 amp boost setting. I let in run for 20 minutes, turned the mower off, and now it won’t even turn over. I replaced the battery with a newer one but the mower will not turn over even with the trickle charger connected. 12+ VDC is present at the battery terminals and at the solenoid. I have run out of ideas. Any suggestions?

sounds like the solenoid is out. Take jumper cables and connect to positive post on battery the touch the other end to starter post. if starter turns then change the solenoid.

Check the fuse see if it blew again.
Pull the spark plug and see if the motor will turn over.
You shoutl have a 4 pole solenoid, pull both of the small control wires off and jump them , 1 from the 12V battery terminal the other to earth, polarity not important if unpluged.
If solenoid does not click loudly and tater energise then the solenoid is toast,
If it spins the starter put the lug back in If the starter does not spin then djust the valves.
