mower won't start

I replaced starter, and the bad 30 amp fuses and it still won't start. Its a 712D Grasshopper, it acts like something electrical, but What ?

or it might be a simple problem that is easy fixed but from the descriptions you have given only a gypsy soothsayer would know.
