i have a jd z925a mower when i put in full trottle it ony runs about 2or 3 minutes. 3/4 throttle it runs just fine. need help also i have replaced filter fuel pump and fuel shut off soilenod and all fuel lines

Feed the pump from an external fuel tank
If the problem goes away you have a partially blocked outlet in the fuel tank .
