I changed drive belt after changing fan above tranny and it doesn't respond like it did before. hard time going up hills.

Knowing what the model and serial number is may be helpful in assisting you.

If the correct belt (length and width) is on the idlers and other pulleys it is unlikely that it is slipping unless your pedal needs adjusting.
Be sure the fan is the same Pulley size as original Hopefully you will not require a new Tranny. I did !

Belt slippage is possible even new OEM belts.
