This mower has automatic choke and throttle, so no external controls/settings. The mower starts fine but runs at an idle. I have cleaned the carb, fuel tank, new gas, new plug and air cleaner, etc. I have manipulated the carburetor linkage while under operation and nothing changes. It's like a car idling and no way to give it more gas to spool up to operating rpm. Mower is 3 years old, 2 seasons and has worked fine before. When cleaning carb, i have removed the plastic insert that holds the jets and blow compressed air through. Not sure how to remove the silver pin in the top of the jet cartridge and not sure what that does, but you can't mow the yard with the engine at an idle. Thoughts?
