I recently bought a Craftsman GT 6000 54 in. Garden Tractor (Model Number 917 288612).
The tractor hasn't been used yet but I wanted to buy a Mow-Jack to make maintenance easier.
However, when I went to Sears to price a Mow-Jack (Pro, I believe) I noticed the bumper that's
standard & installed on the tractor hits the crank that rises the lift before the tractor reaches its
Mow-Jacks' optimal or maximum height. The GT6000's Bumper on Sears show floor was quite
scuffed up due to the tractor being raised and lowered with this device.
My question.
Is there another configuration of the Mow-Jack (i.e. side crank vs. top crank) to lift the tractor without
damaging the Bumper or having to remove the Bumper in order to lift the GT6000 to the highest height
via the Mow-Jack?
