motor wont start techump16 hp

techumpcheh motor 16 hp I changed oil unplugged all the safety wires from coil and still wont start even jumping from the starter..wht is really goin on.it has good compression..magnitto is set propperly and its fire.sprayed gas in intake or starter fluid..

Have you tested for spark with the plug in the engine under compression?

Will it stay running on its own after you spray gas in the carb to start it?
