i just got this mower . the key switch will not crank the engine . it will light up the head lights. to start the mower i turn the key switch to on . i push the brake/clutch foot bar down and the starter ignites ,starting the engine . every time i push the brake/ clutch lever down the starter ignites even with the engine already running .
