Have a craftsman dyt400 with briggs and straton itek 18.5 hp motor. was mowing and it just quit. have spark no fuel. It has a new fuel pump and when I pull the fuel line off the carburetor it sprays with pressure. What could be blocking it from getting fuel?

There is a fuel cut off solenoid on the bottom of the carby.
Check it is getting voltage when the ignition is turned on.
If the wiring is OK remove the solenoid and check it is working .
They sit at the bottom of the float bowl so any debris collects in them.
