Magneto for B&S 12 HP

Hoping someone can help me identify the p/n for the magneto (ignition coil) on a 12 HP B&S vertical shaft engine. Model 281707, Type 0415 01, code 89120431. It's on an old 38-inch Murray mower that's been sitting outside and rodents chewed off the spark plug wire. I'm wanting to check the engine to see if it's good for use on another mower but can't find a coil number online. If NLA is there another coil that could be substituted?

or you could just replace the plug wire and terminal.

Thanks for the magneto p/n. They gnawed off the wire where it attaches to the coil and part of the coil covering. Nothing left to attach a new wire to.
 
sort of puzzled. It took me less than 30 seconds using Google to locate a at least 10 different sources of the magneto for that engine, including some original Briggs and Stratton ones, using the model number you provided. What seems to be the problem finding one? Is your forum name "MalWare 43" as in a hacker?

Same here. I pulled up pages of magnetos from 30+ sellers. Guess we are the only 2 that have Google.
