I have a 2011 LTX 1142 with manual deck engagement.
My problem is,when i try to engage the deck my engine immediately shuts down.
I only have to move the lever slightly and it does it well before the slack is taken out of the belt.
The belt itself is less than stellar but this condition presents itself well before i have the opportunity to use it.
Any ideas?
This is my first Cub Cadet so my knowledge is limited at best.
