LTX 1046 pto clutch removal

Can someone tell me how to remove the pto clutch on my Cadet LTX1046 lawn tractor? I can't figure out how to lock the shaft.

So the crankshaft is rotating while trying to take off the bolt, correct?

take out the spark plug and get some rope that will fit in the hole. Paracord works well,
Then after a few turns the piston will jam in the cylinder and you can get the PTO off.
