You got lucky in a way, maybe.
Keep a heads up around the hydro drive pulley. If the belt comes off in that area it will sometimes ruin the plastic fan. Also when replacing the belt follow the owners manual instruction for such and also sometimes on the bottom of the left running board is a belt routing diagram.
You might want to replace the belt while you are under the machine.

Their is a reason the belt came off. Don't just put it back on and hope for the best. If you don't find out why IT WILL HAPPEN AGAIN.
You can keep one wheel or both wheels elevated and do a test drive watching the drive wheels. You may have to put the hydro in N to replace/re-install the belt.

Did you locate a owners manual with belt replacement instructions and a parts manual?
The belt never came off accidentally. I removed the belt from the engine pulley when I swapped the engine. Should the transmission pulley spin when it's in drive or reverse? Also, is the belt supposed to move when it's in neutral?

The belt and pulleys should be spinning anytime the engine is running and the brake is released. Your brake picture looks like the brake pedal is pushed down.

Does the brake look accurate in this picture? The wheels spin by hand. I don't think the spring is in the correct spot. I wish I could find a picture online to show how the brake is supposed to look.

Making progress. I just added gear oil to the transmission and now it's moving. The brake is still not correct because when I put it in gear, there was a screeching sound and spark by the brake.
