LT 2000 mower deck plate

Since I only have one of these machines and I found one is sufficient I just wonder how many folks that actually have businesses that repair parts like this and how common is it to split this I don't know what it's called maybe an idler pulley plate so how common is it to do just snap luckily I actually had another one brand new but is this a frequent item to replace and to be fair I might have hit an underground root more than a month ago, and I was cutting grass up until yesterday but something didn't sound exactly right and then I found this broken piece this morning.

That appear to me a metal fatigue break issue. These parts are built too light for the environment and stress they work in.

I recommend you have the old one welded and keep it for a spare.

Excellent idea thank you I was not even thinking about that but that's something someone could do and you know it would be pretty simple for them but not for me thanks again.

You know the other thing is you can't really weld that piece because then you have to I tap the threads are right there it broke right where two bolts go but in the case of the Husqvarna muffler is there at least 40 bucks I am expecting to get more than 3 years out of the part but I didn't so that's why I used the sheet metal screws and VersaChem.
